产品特性：
1 1E级是指完成反应堆紧急停堆，安全壳隔离，堆芯应急冷却，反应堆余热导出，反应堆安全壳的热导出，防止放射性物质向周围环境排放等功能的电气系统设备的安全级。
2 K3类电缆是指在安全壳外，在正常情况及地震荷载下能执行其规定功能的电缆。
3该电缆设计结构为低烟无卤阻燃型电缆，火灾发生时，烟浓度低，有害气体释放量小，对保护电器设备，人员安全转移以及争取救火时间起到积极作用。
产品使用特性：
- 额定电压是电缆设计和运行的基准电压、用U0/U表示、单位为V
核级仪表电缆300/500V
2.电缆导体的长期允许工作温度为90℃
3.短路时(最长持续时间不超过4s),电缆导体的最高温度不超辺250℃。
4.电缆使用寿命设计为不低于50年。
5.电缆的敷设温度应不低于0℃ ,低于0℃时电缆应进行预热。
6.电缆的使用环境温度：
反应堆厂房外 (-10 ~ +55) ℃
大气压力为 (0.096 ~ 0.106) MPa
最大相对湿度为100%。
7.电缆的允许弯曲半径应不小于电缆外径的8倍。

主要技术指标
1.成品电缆绝缘线芯之间应承受工频交流电压2500V 2分钟不击穿。绝缘线芯与屏蔽之间应经受工频交流电压1000V 5分钟不击穿。取自成品电缆的绝缘线芯(不少于5米)，浸入室温水中1小时后，在导体和水之间应经受5分钟工频电压1500V试验不击穿。
2.额定温度下绝缘电阻常数
按照GB／T3048. 6的要求，在90℃时，通电5分钟后，测量绝缘线芯的绝缘电阻常数应不小于3MΩ・km。
3.工作电容(线间电容)
绞对的或相邻芯间的工作电容在频率为1kHz时电缆的电容应符合规定。
